Silver Pines LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Silver Pines LLC, we value your time and ours. The following refund and cancellation policy ensures clear expectations for both parties:
1. Cancellations for Consultations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will be charged a $25 scheduling and processing fee.
2. Design Services and Custom Work

Once design work has begun (including sketches, measurements, or initial layouts), no refunds will be issued.

If work has started and the client cancels mid-process, compensation will be due for time already spent at a rate of $100/hour.
3. Missed Appointments

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without notice (“no-show”), the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
4. Project Credits

In cases where a cancellation is eligible for refund, the client may opt to receive a credit toward a future service instead. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.
5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out. Partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
6. Payment Disputes

By booking services with Silver Pines LLC, you agree to communicate concerns promptly. Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior communication may result in additional fees and termination of future services.
